Lennox water heater warranties depend on the specific product family and whether the unit is installed in a residential or commercial setting.

Residential Warranties
Standard warranties for residential installations range from 6 to 12 years:

  • 12 Years: Demand Response units
  • 10 Years: Heat Pump units
  • 6 Years: Point of Use, Electric Storage, Low Boy, Light Commercial Electric, Gas Storage, and Heavy Duty models

Note: You can easily extend the warranty on gas and electric storage units by adding an anode rod kit.
